Launch and Haul-out
The Harbour
The RStLYC has a deep water harbour (minimum depth of 6 feet), with six piers that can accommodate over 250 boats.
Services available for motor boats and sailboats are complete docking services including launch and haul-out with a 35-ton travel lift (maximum boat width of 16.5 ft). 120V, 15-, 30- or 50-amp electricity, potable water, hull pressure wash at haul-out, mast stepping crane, access to gas and diesel pumps, access to pump-out facilities, free WI-FI and winter storage on the Club’s premises free of charge for members.
Ramps and Crane
With 2 launching ramps and 1 dinghy crane to haul light sailboats, the Club can accommodate 50 boats in front of the Dinghy Dorm and on a limited number of floats. The small boat crane is strictly for launching and hauling boats stored in that area and only factory tested and certified bridles can be used. They are provided by the boat owner.
Haul-out for racing sailboats
Racing sailors can ask for their racing yachts to be hauled out free of charge if attending a racing event. Make appropriate arrangements with the harbour staff.
Racing members from other clubs can take advantage of this offer if they are participating in a Club regatta. RStLYC racing yachts may be hauled without charge once a season for scrubbing and running maintenance.
